Moorhead Brothers, Inc. is looking for a Safety Specialist to join our team. Experience is required. Our home office is in Blacksburg, SC, but this position will be supporting our crews in the field and travel will be necessary. This position reports directly to the Safety Manager.

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform field observations of active jobsites and complete
• Administer drug testing / screening for
• Conduct safety training as
• Maintain records of safety related
• Register / enroll / certify employees in safety training for Duke Energy
• Acquire, maintain, and supply PPE and safety gear to field
• Keep safety related records on the server as
• Develop and maintain relationships with client s safety

EXPERIENCE:

• Construction / safety experience
• Commercial tree trimming or removal experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's
• Must be able to travel for work throughout the
• Any safety certifications / accreditations a
• ISA Certification a plus.
• EHAP or Line Clearance Experience required.
