Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations and estimates of recommended services
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service status
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Familiarity with service writing and sales techniques
- Understanding of auto body repair, mechanical knowledge, and diesel engine repair is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Knowledge of shocks, struts, and other automotive components is beneficial
