Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Application & Project Analyst to join its Charlotte, NC office. This full-time position on our IT team, works in a support capacity to provide research, implementation, customizations and on-going maintenance for firm applications; manages multiple database dependent applications with a SQL back-end; creates and maintains hardware images to automate client installations and custom programming as needed; manages the deployment of all Windows security and Office 365 updates across multiple environments; installs and customizes applications in a Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environment. Seeks to enhance technical skill and productivity of all employees. Provides after hours/holiday/weekend support as needed and on-call rotation, to include other offices, which may include occasional travel. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will also have at least three years of experience in a technical training/support capacity with knowledge of Citrix administration and the iManage document management system. Proficiency with SQL is desired and some or most of the following applications: Windows, Office 365, iManage DMS, Aderant Billing, Adobe Sign/DocuSign and PowerShell.
