About Us:
Moore Learning is dedicated to providing high-quality educational programs to our community, and we are excited to expand our offerings to include swim lessons. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team and help individuals of all ages learn essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
• Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of each student.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining vigilant supervision and adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to help students improve their swimming skills.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and progress.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool area and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety Instruction (WSI) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching swim lessons or coaching swimming is preferred.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and water safety.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 7 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• After school
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• swim teacher: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:
