Description
The Project Manager Assistant provides support to the Project Management group by assisting with project setup and maintenance, development and review of project invoices and reporting, and maintenance of client relationship management (CRM) software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with maintenance to client relationship management (CRM) software
- Assists with project setup and maintenance in accounting software
- Assists in the development of work breakdown structure to develop project budgets
- Assists with the development of client and sub-consultant agreements
- Assists with contract and subcontract administration
- Utilizes client relationship management (CRM) software, accounting software, and PowerBI to monitor project status and reporting, including accounts receivable, profitability, labor charges, etc.
- Assists with the development and review of project invoices
- Serves as a liaison to the accounting team to support regular project reporting
- Perform other duties assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience collaborating with or providing support to project teams in the A/E/C industry
- Intermediate or advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with financial/accounting software
- Experience with budget and performance tracking and analysis
- Experience with client relationship software (CRM), preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently, handling multiple duties simultaneously
