Position Overview:

The Assistant Regional Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Manager in various aspects of retail operations, focusing primarily on retail inventory management, logistics, and warehouse communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to learn new things, and a strong sense of internal motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Regional Manager in all aspects of management, including, but not limited to, retail operations, warehouse management, and assisting in logistics tasks.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to identify sales trends, customer preferences, and slow-moving inventory, and develop strategies to drive sales and minimize excess inventory.
• Assist in the management of the warehouse facility, including communicating with warehouse staff on logistics- or store-related issues
• Assist the Regional Manager in analyzing sales and inventory data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager or upper management.

Other Tasks:

• Keep a clean and welcoming environment in our retail store
• Operate Square register
• Research inventory to find the optimal sales channel, listing them and pricing accordingly.
• Oversee retail operations during the week and occasionally on Saturday mornings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Ability to use computer software and basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work on your feet and occasionally lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

The position starts at $40,000 yearly, with opportunity for performance-based bonuses
