The Lead Lighting Tech role is a dynamic combination of manual labor, customer service, and leadership responsibilities. This role involves extended periods on feet, lifting weights (50-150 lbs), working at heights (40 feet on a ladder), and flexibility to work unconventional hours, including early mornings, weekends, and extended shifts during peak seasons.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for constructing event decor layouts based on maps provided by our Design team. Working across various locations in the state of Utah and multiple venues, you'll witness the tangible results of your setups, deriving immense satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. The ever-changing nature of the job ensures that each day brings a new and unique challenge.

We are currently seeking a candidate who will be self-driven, efficient, and dedicated to providing high-quality service. Strong leadership qualities, proactive initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to offer positive and constructive feedback are crucial for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of 2-5 technicians, training, reporting to management, implementing quality control measures, tracking performance metrics, demonstrating effective management skills, and minimizing errors on-site or call-backs for additional products.

Training pay structure from $15-$25/hr available upon request.

No prior lighting technician experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to all qualified candidates. The essential qualifications we seek include:
