Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated On-Call Caregivers to provide essential support to our residents. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Renaissance Communities takes pride in providing our residents with personal care. Our Moonlight Manor location has only 10 residents in a spacious and homely 13,000 square ft residence.

Duties:
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship
- Support individuals with social activities and outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements:
- Arizona caregiver certification
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and basic medical terminology
- Ability to lift and move individuals with mobility limitations
