Our boutique private office is seeking a front desk dental receptionist to join our team.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing; great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, great organization skills, and prioritize task efficiently.
• Knowledge in dental terminology and dental procedures. At least 3 years of experience in back or front office.
• Administrative skills (phone calls/emails/fax) and data entry. Proficient in using computers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients.
• Scheduling and answering phone calls.
• Update patient records and verify insurance coverage.
• Present treatment plans.
• Assist in billing and payment processing.

Work hours: flexible / Mon to Fri

Pay by hourly with Bonus opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
