*General Manager* Responsibilities Include:

• LEADERSHIP: Leading and mentoring your team to create an awesome work environment
• QUALITY SAFETY: Ensuring food quality, clean and sanitary work spaces, team and guest safety, and adherence to COVID-19 protocols
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensuring high quality, welcoming, and efficient service for our guests
• TEAM MANAGEMENT: Leading and supervising Assistant Team leaders, Captains, Kitchen Managers, and Team Members with order taking, cooking and food prep.
• SHIFT LEADERSHIP: Independently leading shifts
• OPENING/CLOSING/OPERATIONS: Ensure proper opening, closing, and daily operations
• FOOD PREP: Supporting Captains and Kitchen Managers in oversight of daily food prep
• WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Supporting Captains and Kitchen Managers in oversight of weekly cleaning and maintenance procedures
• FINANCIAL ACUMEN: Responsible for hitting COGS, labor and profitability targets.
• TRAINING: Training of Team Members in station procedures, as needed
• Other responsibilities as necessary
• REPORT TO: Director of Operations

Job Qualifications:

• Positive, professional, dependable, and friendly -- with demonstrated leadership ability
• Exceptional skill with each kitchen station
• Top-notch problem solving ability
• Unmatched reliability
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Able to be on your feet throughout shift and lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Previous hospitality and/or food service experience a plus but not required (all training provided)
• Enthusiasm for working with the team to create a safe, clean, fun and rewarding workplace at all times
