At Mood U, we are committed to fostering creative excellence and innovation in the fashion industry. We offer a range of courses in fashion design, sewing, pattern making, draping, marketing, fashion illustration, etc. aiming to equip our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the fast-paced world of fashion. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our fashion school. The Principal will be responsible for shaping educational strategies, enhancing the institution's reputation, and fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation. This leadership role involves managing faculty and staff, developing academic programs, and maintaining the highest standards of educational excellence. Applicants do NOT need to have a background in fashion.

Duties:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school

-Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum to meet academic standards
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure effective classroom instruction
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance school performance and student outcomes
- Conduct regular evaluations of teaching staff and provide feedback for professional growth
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes student success and well-being
- Represent the school in the community, liaise with parents, and participate in public speaking engagements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience in education administration or senior leadership role
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and educate staff effectively
- Proficient in budgeting, strategic planning, and coordination of educational institutions
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and community outreach
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on creating a supportive learning environment

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader to make a significant impact on the academic success of our students. For the right candidate, this role may turn into a Director role overseeing more than one institution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
