MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. 

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA Denver, CO, and East Providence, RI

We are in search of a dynamic Vice President of Operations (inclusive of Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Facilities) who will be instrumental in shaping the future of MOO. Responsibilities and Key Focus Areas Listed below

Create a multi-year vision for the Operations Division to drive sustained growth through the optimal combination of operational efficiency and customer delight.

  • Work with SLT to refine vision and align on priority investments and outcomes
  • Work with Ops Leadership to define and execute on initiatives to deliver near term priority outcomes
Foster a culture of operational excellence to drive increased customer satisfaction, empowered employees, and ongoing improvement of existing processes
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current processes and resources within Operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop plans based on findings to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization and/or enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and learning opportunities to enhance overall performance.
Bringing our teams along on the journey
  • Advocate for the needs and vision of Operations cross functionally to ensure robust collaboration and support across the business
  • Productively challenge Operations leaders to effectively manage their teams to deliver our BAU goals while also driving key strategic initiatives and outcomes 
  • Implement change management practices to facilitate team alignment with upcoming changes in Operations.
About You
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to align leaders around a strategic vision while guiding and motivating internal teams towards achieving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and initiating continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives, ensuring adaptability to market dynamics and sustainable growth.
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making: Advanced proficiency in analyzing complex issues, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions to overcome operational challenges and enhance performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Financial Management: Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control to optimize resource allocation, maximize profitability, and achieve financial targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Scaling Businesses: Demonstrated success and expertise in scaling businesses, whether through bringing existing solutions to new markets / geographies and/or launching innovative products and services in existing markets.
