Job Summary:
As a Parts Counterperson at Montrose Volvo Cars and Land Rover Jaguar Westside in Cleveland, Ohio, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their needs for auto parts. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with the opportunity for commission, as well as excellent benefits. You will be an individual contributor, responsible for ensuring that the parts department operates efficiently and effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, providing outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and assist in selecting appropriate parts for repairs or maintenance
- Utilize computer systems to accurately locate and order parts for customers
- Consult with mechanics and technicians to ensure the correct parts are being ordered and available for repairs
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory of parts and accessories
- Attend trainings and stay up to date on the latest vehicle and part information
- Keep track of special orders and follow up on delayed or backordered parts
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:

- Dealership parts experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Knowledge of car parts and accessories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
