• All positions require 3 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere.
• Experience and care for creating craft and classic cocktails in a fast paced environment
• Basic or advanced knowledge of wine is a plus
• Commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
• Ability to create unique guest experiences by providing warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
• Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with team members and guests
• Neat and well-groomed appearance and have required uniform and tools
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs
• Flexibility with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours
