Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid in Montgomerys FREEDOM TO CHOOSE fleet

With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options.

Pay:

  • Up to .55 CPM in base pay OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increaseOR
  • Choose 27% of line haul
  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years = $1,300Additional advantages:

    Driver Orientation/Loyalty Pay:

    CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
  • 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
  • No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
  • No DUI in the past 10 years
