**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Haas Controls, Fusion 360, machining, lathe operations, CAM programming, and CAD software.
**Duties:**
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to determine the proper set-up procedures
- Program machines using CAM software for efficient production
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of logic controllers
- Experience with Fusion 360 for design and modeling
- Knowledge of lathe operations for metal fabrication
- Ability to program CNC machines using CAM programming
- Strong understanding of CAD software for creating technical drawings
- Familiarity with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
