**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in medical billing procedures and possess knowledge of medical coding systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review and verify accuracy of billing data

- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies

- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe

- Monitor and appeal denied claims

- Post payments to patient accounts

- Collaborate with the billing team to resolve billing issues

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records systems

- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10, DRG, and CPT coding

- Experience in medical collections and reimbursement practices

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
