Job Description
Montgomery College has an immediate need for a full-time Inventory & Property Control Specialist in the Facilities Department.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm. This is a bargaining, non-exempt, grade 15 position. For non-exempt positions, you are not eligible to work a secondary job at Montgomery College.

Under supervision and / or direction, the Inventory & Property Control Specialist is responsible for the disposition of surplus property with respect to storage, transport, retirement, disposal, tracking, verifying, and reporting.
The incumbent also coordinates the selling of surplus property and operates various motor vehicles, light delivery trucks, and a forklift.
Contacts are with College staff, vendors, contractors, and moving companies with direction from supervisor for purposes of locating, identifying, tagging, removing, storing, and reporting on surplus items within the departments.

The hiring range is $18.55 - $23.19 per hour
