```Duties:``` - Perform diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles and equipment to identify issues and malfunctions - Repair and maintain diesel engines, electrical systems, and other components of industrial and heavy equipment - Use power tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble diesel engines and components - Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks - Inspect and test vehicle systems including brakes, hydraulics, air brakes, and electrical systems - Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair complex issues - Perform brake repairs, including replacing brake pads, rotors, calipers, and lines - Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used ```Qualifications:``` - Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and industrial equipment - Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment - Familiarity with tractor-trailers and air brake systems - Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals - Experience with hydraulic systems is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
