• Aid residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly living space.
• Execute care plans and adhere to individualized guidelines for each resident.
• Champion resident rights and foster independence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with senior care practices and principles.
• Knowledge of home care services.
• Capability to lift and relocate residents when needed.
• Basic first aid skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license for transportation purposes.
