Winterset Montessori is a family-owned childcare facility in Lee's Summit. We are proud to serve our local families and provide a safe learning environment for their children!

We are now hiring a full-time teacher for our two-year old classroom. We are seeking a patient, energetic, and loving individual who has a passion for Early Childhood Education. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• provide age-appropriate activities to foster early learning
• ensure the safety of each child in your care
• change diapers every 2 hours
• work with parents/children during toilet training
• serve two snacks and lunch daily
• follow safe sleep practices
• communicate with parents regarding daily activities
• light classroom cleaning

This is a full time (40 hours), Monday-Friday, position.

We offer reduced childcare tuition for children of employees. We are closed on weekends and closed on all major holidays, including Christmas Eve and the day after Thanksgiving. Full time employees receive paid holidays off and paid vacation time.
