Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, organized, passionate about children, and has experience working with toddlers and preschooll age children

• Candidate must be 21 years of age

• Candidate must have a High School Diploma, Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in the Arts, Child Development Early Child Hood Education, Child Guidance, Human Services, Nursing, Psychology, Physical Education, or other EEC Site Coordinator approved fields and meet the minimum relevant work experience working with toddlers and preschool age children

• Candidate must meet state minimum requirements for education and experience

• Must be First Aid and CPR certified. (Will be supplied through school if needed)

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

• Credible, honest, and high integrity

Must show good leadership skills and the ability to relate well to children and adults, including parents, staff members, and visitors. Must be able to accept differences in style and personality among teachers and children. Must have the ability to supervise one or more assistant teachers. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have the ability to internalize and act upon suggestions and requirements imposed by Management Team. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
