Responsibilities:
- New patient scheduling.
- Optimize our relationship with referral sources.
- Various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of medical office experience minimum.
- Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft word and Google suite.
- Extremely organizated.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High Attention to precision and detail.
- Dependable, honest, can exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Always accountable, especially to timelines and due dates.
- Takes direction well.
- Willing to remain in the position for at least one year.
