Montereau of Tulsa, OK is seeking to hire a Banquet Event Coordinator who is committed to fulfilling Montereau's mission : to value, support, and uplift the lives of older adults and the people who care for them.
JOB SUMMARY
Promotes the communities dining facilities for resident banquets, community functions, business and social meetings and other resident or community related activities.
Assists residents in planning all banquets, catered events, and community functions to meet their special needs. Interacts closely with the Community Departments to ensure that financial goals (sales and costs) are attained for each event.
Assists the Departments in developing and planning the community's social activities that are designed to enhance the overall enjoyment of the community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF BANQUET EVENT COORDINATOR
Helps residents and their invited guests arrange banquets, meetings, weddings, charity events, and other social events;
obtains pertinent information needed for planning the function.
Distribute by email and hard copy in mailboxes.
