About Us

Grey Interiors specializes in all work related to interior systems, including metal framing, air/moisture barrier, drywall, firewall, framing layouts, and infection control in the Carolinas. What You’ll Do at Grey Interiors

You will work to ensure a safe and quality project in order to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as a superintendent:

  • Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards
  • Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality and process are met
  • Maintaining daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs and E-mail correspondence
  • Implementing project schedules ensuring upcoming events are on track and are being proactively attended to
  • Promoting and maintaining safety, health and cleanliness on the jobsite
  • Conducting and/or attending pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings
  • Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives

Experience You Should Have:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
