What We're Looking for:
- A go-getter with a passion for sales and the ability to "close the deal".
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney.
- Estate Planning and/or Elder Law experience is strongly preferred.
- Confidence, compassion, and the drive to help people.
- Membership of the Massachusetts Bar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process in the initial client meeting.
- Propose and design tailored estate plans for clients.
- Pass on legal work to staff attorneys and focus on growing your own client list.
- Cultivate and nurture referral partner relationships, including financial advisors and insurance/annuity brokers.
- Contribute to our marketing efforts, including creating posts for social media platforms, writing articles, blogs, and case studies.
