Pay range: $57 - $60 per hour, based on experience. 

Performs, evaluates, records and reports clinical laboratory tests used in the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of patients on a variety of body fluids and biological specimens.Assist immediate supervisor by accepting responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the assigned area. 

Education/Training:B.S. /B.A. in Laboratory Science, or permitted by NYS Department of Education as a Medical Technologist. Completion of one (1) year training in an approved Medical Technology program or equivalent as per New York State Department of Health Standards and Laws.Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Experience: Six (6) years of Medical Technologist experience required.

Licensure, Registration or Certification:NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required, MT (ASCP) preferred.
