We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full time CT/X-Ray Special Procedure Tech (Day Shift) to join our team in our Montefiore Mount Vernon facility.

Job Description

The technologist will be expected to perform a variety of routine and more specialized imaging procedures of the breast that require independent judgment and initiative with minimal supervision. Performs mammography examinations diagnostic studies, and needle localizations. Evaluates radiographs for diagnostic quality and obtains additional images as needed.

Job Duties Include:

Education and Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent/college preferred.
• Graduate of a two year school for radiological technologists.
• Registration: A.R.R.T. CT certification required
• Licensed by the state of New York
• Previous experience as a technologist is a clinical setting preferred.
