Evaluates patients and conducts treatment programs to develop, restore or improve the occupational deficiencies of homebound patients. Provides or orders appropriate equipment and devices. Supervises the work of lower level therapists.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of a program in Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Current New York State Licensure

Registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Two (2) years at senior level in field or acute medical hospital. Two (2)

years' supervised clinical experience in a medical setting preferred.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a valid driver's license and ability to provide own transporting during working hours for the purpose of making home visits.
