The Position
The Division of Geriatrics at Montefiore Medical Center-Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York is seeking a full-time faculty member. The Division of Geriatrics includes 13 physician faculty, a highly regarded fellowship program, outstanding clinical programs in all care settings, and a nationally recognized research infrastructure. The clinical responsibilities are in both the ambulatory and inpatient settings. The ambulatory role includes sessions in our geriatrics outpatient practice where you would provide consultative service. The inpatient roles include leading an interdisciplinary team to provide primary care and consultative services as well as a highly regarded geriatrics orthopedics co-management program There are numerous opportunities for mentored research and academic growth through program development and educational initiatives.

Montefiores WIC program is the oldest in New York State, established in 1974, and serves 13,000 women, infants and children. WIC is a supplemental nutrition program, providing supplemental food vouchers, nutrition education, breast feeding education, peer counseling and physical fitness education.
