We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hotel supervisor to join our team and oversee the front desk and guest services operations of our hotel. This Supervisor position will act as the Manager on Duty for the 3-11 shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the operating functions of guest service agents and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, as well as providing excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position, with an opportunity for full-time for the right candidate.
Essential Job Functions:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a guest services team member or in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Experience with CloudBeds PMS is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
