As our company continues to grow, so does our team! We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our team as our next Warehouse Manager!

In this role, you will be the supervisor of the entire warehouse (tons of inventory and 4 great team members!), ensuring that the organization’s warehouse business demands are met while also leading and motivating the warehouse team on a daily basis. Does this sound like a fit? Please read below!

On a typical day, you will:

• Serve as the leader of Warehouse personnel by providing immediate coaching and feedback 
• Manage the day-to-day work of team members to ensure all orders are being processed and each employee is contributing throughout the day
• Be the Warehouse safety ambassador by ensuring all trainings are completed and safety procedures are being followed 
• Monitor orders that need fulfilling on a daily basis and prepare the team to ensure the productivity of daily orders 
• Manage daily cycle counts and quarterly inventory checks

To qualify for this job, you must have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of Warehouse Management experience required
• 2 years of forklift experience with proven safe work history required
• Active forklift certification

We’d also love it if you have:

• Ability to use Google Suite for all computer-related tasks
• Ability to write succinct and clear operating procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to withstand physical demands such as lifting, walking, pulling, and pushing for more than 2 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds more than 5 times per day
• Must be able to move with assistance (dolly or team lift) up to 80 pounds
• Must be able to move with assistance (forklift, dolly, pallet jack) more than 80 pounds
