Warehouse Processor is essential for ensuring that inventory is efficiently managed and processed within the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and dispatching products, conducting quality inspections, fulfilling orders, and keeping precise inventory records. This role supports the seamless operation of the warehouse and timely delivery of customer orders.

Receiving and Verifying Goods:

Unload and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Inspect goods for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.

Pick and pack items accurately according to order specifications.

Prepare and label shipments for dispatch.

Inventory Management:

Update and maintain accurate inventory records.

Perform regular inventory counts and organize stock in designated areas.

Ensure all products meet quality standards before processing orders.

Report any quality issues to supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Complete necessary paperwork for shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.

Use warehouse management systems to track and record data.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and handling materials.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.75 - $23.65 per hour
