Join our team as a Warehouse Processor and play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Processor is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of goods within the warehouse, ensuring the timely and organized receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory. The role includes handling shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

Verify items against packing lists or purchase orders.

Properly label and store goods in designated areas.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

Perform regular inventory counts and audits.

Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.

Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.

Generate shipping labels and prepare necessary documentation.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Arrange products to optimize space and improve accessibility.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about inventory status, order fulfillment, and any issues that arise.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.75 - $22.70 per hour
