Responsibilities:

As part of the events team, you'll be at the forefront of our client's customer experience strategy. You'll plan, execute, and oversee a variety of retail events aimed at showcasing our products and services, driving sales, and building brand loyalty. From product launches and promotional events to in-store demonstrations and community outreach initiatives, you'll leverage your creativity and organizational skills to deliver outstanding results.

Event Staff duties will include:

• Engaging with event attendees to promote and represent our client's brands.
• Setting up and managing event spaces to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Utilizing your excellent server, bar staff, waiting, restaurant, and event coordination skills to provide exceptional service, promotions and sales.
• Assisting with event logistics, including travel, promotional materials and event coordination with the event coordinator.
• Monitor event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a face to face role such as a server, bar staff, waiting, restaurant, or event coordination roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
• Enthusiasm for promoting and representing diverse brands.
• Must be 18 years or older.
