Position Summary: 

Revamp and standardize the utilization of Smartsheet across the Quality Control department to enhance efficiency. Develop templates to be replicated for every site within the Control Center. Help eliminate mundane daily tasks. Streamline the submission process for facility documentation and receiving of samples. Work closely with the Corona QC team to improve data entry processes and submissions.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Daily usage and exploration of Smartsheet Control Center, including dynamic view and dashboard building.
• Create a site capability template and collaborate with all sites to determine capabilities and process flow.
• Gather stats to determine FSR status achievability. Determine clear metrics and requirements for sites to transition.
• Collaborative working with different types of people in the workplace.
• Track, analyze, and identify time-consuming tasks for administrators and quality technicians using time study analysis and Smartsheet. Implement strategies to eliminate these inefficiencies.
• Monitor top contributors to the health of co-packers and lead initiatives to improve their performance.
• Create standard operating procedures and work instructions as daily tasks relate to Smartsheet.
• Optimize data entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Track analytical data on daily data entry for Corona and monitor the health of co-packers.
• Work interdepartmentally on active formula issuances.
• Assist with site evaluation builder through Smartsheet.
• Work with the Corona Lab and IT departments to optimize sample entry using a barcode scanning system.
• Utilize the Document Builder app through Smartsheet to optimize the hold process within Smartsheet.

Pay Rate: $16/hr
