INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR

Position
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for gathering information to provide our customers with the best options and products we offer.
This involves getting quotes and information from suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to work up a quote or presentation for the customer.
There will be communication with the customer, installation groups, and Outside Sales Rep during the order and upfit process (i.e. quote to delivery).
Responsibilities
Support the Outside Sales Team and internal company departments to make the overall sales process as smooth as possible.
Prepare Bids, Costs, and lead time while working with Purchasing, Engineering, Service, and Scheduling to present the most competitive and accurate proposal to fulfill customer needs.
Meet with Outside Sales to Review Bids / Quotes to make sure it include bid requirements.
Coordinate with Dealers on Chassis Arrival to Schedule Equipment and Installation
Attend and participate in off-site meetings, training, trade shows & industry association meetings to support the Municipal Team and for personal growth within the industry as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field
Must show mechanical aptitude and have previous experience with truck equipment or related products
Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to Read and Understand Specifications, Blue Prints and Schematics
Strong Organizational Skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
