Job Description
- Safely and efficiently unload, sort, move, and load materials.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate documentation in the Warehouse Management System.
- Fulfill orders using voice-directed WMS.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including managing trash, washing, vacuuming, and sweeping.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to safety protocols and AIB standards.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the warehouse, including cooler and freezer environments.
- Meet all training deadlines and requirements.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of warehouse experience.
- Experience operating riding pallet jacks and ability to become certified.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong math skills for inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be cross-trained in different departments.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to work overtime when required, including on short notice.
- Competitive salary of $21/hr.
