Monroe Group is looking for a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to help the maintain the property curb appeal and assist with maintenance duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. Ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, and has an eye for details. This position provides a great opportunity to work to learn and promote into a Maintenance Technician position.

Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, of the community grounds. Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants and grass
• Pickup trash
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
• Completes exterior work orders
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready’s

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check

• The work schedule is Monday-Friday
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
