Description of Duties

This is a senior-level professional position responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical and non-clinical education and orientation programs at Monroe Community Hospital. Work is conducted in accordance with mandatory education and clinical requirements. The employee reports directly to, and works under the general supervision of, an administrative-level staff member. General supervision may be exercised over a subordinate staff. Does related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus EITHER:

(A) Graduation with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare related field, plus one (1) year paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience developing and conducting clinical education programs, OR;

(B) Three (3) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience developing and conducting clinical education programs, OR;

(C) An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.
