The Monroe County District Attorney's Office is actively seeking resilient & analytical prosecutors with a passion for serving the community through the pursuit of justice. Joining our team as an Assistant District Attorney, you will report to the District Attorney and will be responsible for prosecuting criminal cases through legal proceedings including preliminary hearings, pre-trial motions, trials, and appeals within the State of Pennsylvania.
