Monroe Consignment will be an 18000 square foot consignment store in the heart of Monroe, with an estimated open date of May1st. We are looking for a hardworking, self-driven, retail sales associate to be a part of this new location. We are looking for someone who's main focus will be to help drive sales. Greeting customers as they enter the store and engaging with them while in store.

Day to day duties would include helping set up vignettes, lift & move furniture, engage with customers in a professional manner. It will also include assisting in the unloading & loading of consigned merchandise with an ability to lift 50lbs., unboxing and assembly of items, store and merchandise maintenance including vacuuming, dusting, merchandising, shared cleaning duties etc. You may also be asked to help maintain daily posts on our website, Instagram, Facebook and Offer Up.

We have an amazing bonus structure that all employees are a part of each month. No cap and most employees are earning $500-$1000 more each month.

Daily job duties include but are not limited to:

*Assisting customers
*Store design, setting up and maintaining vignettes
*Unboxing & assembling furniture
*Lifting 50lbs individually and larger items as a team lift including sofas, dressers, dining tables, etc...
*Load and Unload furniture from customers vehicles
*Store maintenance including vacuuming & dusting
*Shared cleaning responsibilities
*Other duties to be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
