Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong business acumen, and the ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and maximize profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store budget, including expenses and revenue projections
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Collaborate with the regional manager on store promotions and marketing initiatives

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in budgeting, negotiating, and setting prices
- Previous experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency preferred
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Clerk is advantageous

Pay: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
