Store Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
- Collaborate with the corporate office on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports on store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in payroll management, team management, training development, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and inventory management
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Ability to make buying decisions based on market trends and customer demand
