Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates to build a strong team.
- Create work schedules and manage employee time off requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or store management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong administrative abilities, including record keeping and reporting.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with cash register operations.
