We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple locations in Los Angeles, CA, USA. The ideal candidate will be a young and energetic leader with a proven track record in managing high-volume bar lounge restaurant concepts. This role requires expertise in wine, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of General Managers and staff across multiple locations to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and exceed financial targets.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to, staffing, training, inventory management, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and procurement of high-quality products.
• Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in bar lounge restaurant concepts.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume upscale dining setting.
• Previous experience with wine, sushi, Asian fusion, Mexican, and Mediterranean concepts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and passion for wine, with the ability to curate and manage an extensive wine program.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple units and driving operational performance.
• Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
