Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Evidence Manager to join our Criminal Prosecution Team. As the Digital Evidence Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising the storage and sharing of digital evidence, administering and maintaining a cloud-based management system and working with attorneys and law enforcement to obtain and share digital evidence.

Responsibilities:

• Administer a cloud based Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS).
• Assist with case creation and uploading of digital evidence to cases within the DEMS
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, law enforcement agencies and defense attorneys.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve issues within the DEMS with users, ensuring proper sharing of digital evidence.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve common computer and browser issues with users of the DEMS, ensuring proper sharing and storage of digital evidence.
• Work with Prosecuting Attorney’s to maintain digital evidence with the goal of a successful prosecution.
• Maintain and Create relationships with the DEMS service provider employees.

Skills:

• Prior Law Enforcement, Legal or IT experience.
• Proven experience in basic and intermediate computer skills).
• Familiarity with one or more word processing and spreadsheet programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Bing, Safari, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
