We are excited to announce that Monogram Foods is adding an IT Manufacturing Operations Systems Analyst IV to our IT team!
The IT Manufacturing Operations Systems Analyst role presents an exciting opportunity that combines Continuous Improvement (CI), Quality Assurance Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Analysis, and Project Management. In this position, you will collaborate with our business operations technical team to drive transformation in production operations, leading to process enhancements, technological advancements, and improved data collection within manufacturing. Additionally, you'll closely collaborate with other IT team members to ensure alignment with our IT Vision and maintain scalability and security.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence and the transformation of data into insights. They won't settle for the 'Status Quo' and will actively contribute to identifying and executing technical process improvements. This candidate should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Applications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Partners with business leaders to assist in the continuous improvement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) process and application capabilities through standardization, improvements, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborates on complex manufacturing and business processes to improve and integrate new systems or functionality with existing ones to ensure systems meet long-term business and IT strategies.
  • Responsible for championing the review of application exceptions, analyzing information that will assist the business teams in identifying root causes and overseeing resolutions.
  • Follows an established process to identify requirements, specifications, and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives and support best practices.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation supporting each of these.
  • Design and document test plans for all changes. Perform unit testing and oversee end user testing.
  • Serves as a liaison between development teams and the internal/external business partner.
  • Develops conversion and system implementation plans.
  • Generates appropriate project documentation in support of the planning and delivery of project efforts.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the reporting and application development support activities including:
    • Tracking progress and communicating milestones
    • Escalating issues
    • Setting a high standard of customer support
    • Understanding issue root causes and implementing preventative / corrective actions
  • Works independently, or on a team, to provide solutions that deliver value back to our business.
  • Clearly communicates with business partners, IT team members and management.
  • Work with users at all levels in the organization.
  • Provides project management for Information Technology initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of analysis experience.
  • 5 or more years of OEE/MES application support and configuration experience.
  • 4 or more years of working with end users to define business requirements.
  • 3 or more years of experience with manufacturing CI projects and/or multi-project oversight
  • Working with applications and users remotely is a plus.
  • Experience with documenting business and IT processes preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
Competencies & Skills:
  • Strong communication, relationship, and interpersonal skills to aid in development of collaborative partnerships, including those where English is not their primary language.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines, and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of project planning tools and concepts
Travel Requirements:
  • 25%-50%
