We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team and ensure our products reach our customers safely and efficiently.

Position Overview:
As a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operation by safely transporting our craft beers to various customers and locations while also assisting with warehouse tasks and inventory management. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining the integrity of our products during transit, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload beer products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing to prevent damage.
• Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery times and optimize fuel efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including courteous interaction with customers and timely resolution of any delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including invoices, delivery logs, and customer signatures.
• Collaborate with brewery staff to coordinate delivery schedules and communicate any changes or issues as they arise.
• Assist with warehouse tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including proper storage of beer and supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the beverage or food industry a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes, with the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and maps.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift experince a plus.
