As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your role is vital to our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of service while they are in our facility. CSRs should have impeccable customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Learn all types of donuts and what they consist of.
• Answering the phone and taking orders, whether they're for donuts, cookies, cakes, etc.
• Placing those orders where they will be collected by the responsible department.
• Operate cash register and credit card machine.
• Learn to bake all types of cookies.
• Learn to ice and decorate cut-out cookies.
• Make items such as cannoli, cream puffs, eclairs.
• Frost and decorate cupcakes when necessary. Keeping the front of the house clean, including sweeping and mopping the floor, clean glass cases, inside and out and keep the glass entrance doors clean.
• Keep boxes folded and readily available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week

Compensation package:

• Hourly pay
• Overtime pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
